I’ve been coming here for years and recently had a terrible experience trying to contact the service department. This dealer has implemented an AI platform to manage incoming calls and it’s the worst system. I was stuck in a loop of AI ‘people’ and the system disconnected the call after 30 mins of being on hold. This happened twice. I eventually spoke to a person in a different department and asked them to transfer me to a live person. I will consider a different dealership next time we’re in the market for a new car.

My experience with Prestige Volvo, especially Ron
My experience with Prestige Volvo, especially Ron Landstrom was great. I have always serviced my Volvo there and when it came to get a new truck, they gave me a great price and great service. I’ve typically used leasing companies in the past hoping to avoid the run around that can happen in a dealership. Ron was just the opposite - he was friendly, accommodating and efficient. He had the truck I wanted, met me at the price I needed and had everything done and ready for me to pick up my new truck without any delay or issues. It was so convenient I’d recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo.
