This dealership is horrible to deal with.
This dealership is horrible to deal with. They are thrilled to sell you all the extra warranties when you purchase the vehicle, but don't like to follow through with them. Their warranty work gets thrown to the back of the line, so it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your car back. And to boot, they don't answer their phones in the shop or service, nor do they respond to voice-mail I've called over 10 times in the last week and left more than one message, with ZERO response. I've also been in the shop to check on my vehicle status since they won't answer the phone, and there are always employees sitting at the service desk literally ignoring the ringing phones. I will never do business with them again.
