I recently visited the Dean Volvo dealership on 11/3/25. Parking in front is limited and it's confusing to determine which doors are for customers. On my first encounter there was a angry car buyer, he appears to be quite dissatisfied with being overcharged. I walked through the back area of the business but did not see a salesman. These was a bald man with a beard that scared me, he was red eyed and mad. After several minutes, I went out to the car lot to walk and look. No one ever came out to check on me. Eventually I walked across the street to be assisted.
