I bought a 2011 Audi Q5 couple of years ago.

I bought a 2011 Audi Q5 couple of years ago. The car odometer reading was 80,000 miles. I did regular servicing and oil change and in 2 years I hardly drove 7000 miles. One fine day the car started shaking badly when I started it so I took an appointment at Audi showroom located in West Springfield, Massachusetts (Name – Fathers and Sons) and took it for repair. They charged me $169 just to look at the car and understand, what is wrong with it. I already knew that this problem is because of the Fuel Filter flange for which Audi issued a recall. So it should have been repaired for free. Also there was a Air bag recall on this car. Now the mechanics that work at Audi do not know what the problem is with the car, and took 5 days just to return my call. I finally received a call and was told to pay $169 and get the car towed otherwise I will be charged $50 per day. Such a bad and dumb service. Also I was asked if I can pay $17,000 to repair the car. Why should I pay $17,000 to repair and what will the mechanics repair if they do not understand the problem? I am literally pissed with the dumbness – they don’t know what the problem is with the car and want to change the entire engine for $17,000. There are lot of complaints against Audi in the consumer forums, but I see no action against them. Is there a solution to this problem? Also neither the air bags nor fuel filter flange was changed by them during the service. Even if the car is not running, atleast they should deliver what was promised Long story short - they wont understand the problem if they dont have codes for it. So in this case , the offer was to change the entire engine..lol

Loving my new Volvo- Thank you, Tom!

Another great experience at Fathers and Sons Volvo! We just purchased a XC60 Inscription this week and picked it up yesterday - I had a 2018 XC60 and so was excited about the new safety features and found the car I wanted. Tom Drzol and Tony could not have made the purchase easier from start to finish. And I know the service department is top-notch. THANKS!

Called to inquire about my trade and buying a used S5...

Called to inquire about my trade and buying a used S5 Sportsback. What a shock to not be able to get through, sales voicemail wouldn't accept messages. Finally to receive a text back from Danielle. Used the trade in valuation tool on their site, received my trade value. Only then to get a text from Danielle saying were not interested in your 2021 Jeep trade since its off- brand and too new...WTH???? Were in a massive automobile shortage yet this Audi dealer is too proud to sell an "off-brand" high demand super low mileage 21 Jeep Wrangler unlimited with tons of options???? Wow I won't be spending any more time or my hard earn money with Fathers & Sons Audi that is for sure. Thank heavens we have plenty of Audi dealers in the Springfield to Boston area, that are interested in making money and keeping the doors open.
