I PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM VOLVO OF PLYMOUTH!! VERY VERY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I PURCHASE A 2020 XT5 BEAUTIFUL VEHICLE BY THE WAY!! MY SALES PERSN WAS EMMA , SEEMED NICE, ANYWAY WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE HALF WAY HOME THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND SERVICE STEERING LOCK, I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED, EMMA TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT SELL A VEHICLE WITH THE ENGINE LIGHT ON! WELL THEY DID. ENGINE LIGHTS DO NOT JUST APPEAR , IT WAS APPARENTLY RESET . THIS CAN BE DONE ANYWHERE AND WILL LAST UP TO 60 MILES OR MORE AND THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES BACK ON! (FACT), ANYWAY I WAS TOLD TO TAKE IT TO A CADILLAC DEALER , WHICH I DID THEY HAD THE VEHICLE FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF MARCH. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A MODULE PROBLEM WHICH WAS REPLACE 3 TIMES AND WENT BACK IN AGAIN BECAUSE THINGS WERE STILL NOT RIGHT, FINALLY GOT IT BACK REPAIRS SEEM TO BE FIXED BUT GOING BACK IN AGAIN FOR OTHER ISSUES. I AM ALSO UP SET BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THIS VEHICLE WAS A LEASE, NOT,,,, IT WAS AN ENTERPRISE CAR . EVERYONE KNOWS THAT A RENT A CAR IS TREATED POORLY , BECAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE DRIVE THEM.. IF I WAS TOLD THIS I WOULD NOT OF PURCHASE THIS TO BEGIN WITH, I CALLED THE GENERAL MGR WHO GAVE ME THE TYPICAL LINE OF BULL, BASICALLY TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO CADILLAC UNTIL THEY GET IT RIGHT!!! THOUGHTFUL OF HIM I THOUGH, WHAT A GUY!!!! ALSO CALLED HIM BECAUSE I NOTICE THE LEFT REAR TIRE IS A DIFFERENT BRAND THEN THEN OTHER 3 TIRES! WHICH EVERYONE KNOWS IF YOU CHANGE JUST ONE TIRE IS NOT THE WAY TO GO TIRES WILL NOT WEAR EVENLY AND DELIVER THE RIDE THE CAR SHOULD HAVE!! IF YOU REPLACE A TIRE YOU REPLACE BOTH IF IT IS THE FRONT OR BACK SO THE TIRES WEAR EVENLY!!!! TOLD HIM THIS AND HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO US ABOUT THE SITUATION GOING ON A MONTH AGO!! THANKS AGAIN !!! NICE TO TRUST A DEALERSHIP WHEN SPENIDING THOUSANDS AND PUTTING THOUSANDS DOWN AND FIND THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL!!! THANK YOU VOLVO CARS OF PLYMOUTH FOR TAKING SUCH CARE!!!

Simple and Exceptional

I cannot recommend Mike enough. I am a long time Volvo owner and was ready for my next one, Premier was the dealership of choice. After visiting Premier and my first conversation with Mike I knew where I was going to purchase my next car. Mike listened to my wants and needs pertaining to my next car. He answered all my questions and just like that he found my next car! I can't say enough about my experience. I will certainly be a returning customer.

Just what we were looking for.

Vehicle we were interested in was waiting, parked in front of showroom upon arrival. Knew up front that the advertised price was no-haggle. To tell the truth, I would rather haggle, but their price was approx. $800 below market average, and car in excellent condition. Trade in figure was exactly what I thought they would offer; couldn't squeeze another $500 out of the deal. Would have walked out at that point if the Volvo hadn't been exactly what we were looking for. Went here prepared to spend 3-4 hours, spent 2 hours start to finish, and that would have been less if I wasn't such a nitpicker. Car was delivered out of state to Nashua, NH 2 days later; would have been next day, but a snowstorm intervened. Overall one of my best car buying experiences in 53 years of car purchases. Could I have found a better price? Maybe if I were willing to travel 150 miles or more. Local dealers didn't have what we were looking for. Didn't want to waste a lot of time and gas going to multiple dealers for vehicles that didn't meet our requirements. Dealerships that are willing to spend the advertising dollars can expand their market exposure online. I did a 100 mile radius search to find this vehicle. Link to Carfax history adds value.
