I was welcomed to the dealer I have as listened carefully about what I had to say I was explained about the service I was offered coffee and muffins I had to wait for a reasonable amount of time I was explained about what my car needed on the next service and they gave me a detailed paperwork on parts and labor included We will come back Thank you
