Very good dealer! Bought a 2024 Volvo XC60 from them without a hassle. Very good service and communication. They help us to get all the paper work done in one afternoon. We are able to pick up a thoroughly cleaned car the day after. Highly recommended!

Exceeded my expectations from start to finish!! Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was a little nervous and bit skeptical being a female making a large purchase in a male dominated industry. I felt not only comfortable, but like Kevin and his team give off more of a family vibe, with quality dealer inventory. Started off with Chad via internet who was very helpful, and eventually directed me to the Sales manager Scott, who further assisted me with test drive, vehicle knowledge and no haggle pricing. After I fell in love with my Volvo XC90 with one owner and low miles, I had the pleasure of meeting Chris in the business office, he was awesome! Explained everything about my vehicle, even some fun facts about the history. Throughout the entire process Kevin was a super star GM, making me laugh while overseeing everything, not missing a beat, making sure I was having a positive, pleasurable experience the entire time! I am so happy that I now have a trusted relationship with Kevin and his Volvo Auburn family! Ps. Best coffee/tea machine while you wait in the showroom :) Like Share
