Manny R responded almost immediately confirming vehicle availability and went the extra mile to do a 'virtual' showing and test drive since I live >100 miles away. Was able to HOLD the vehicle for 2 days with a small down payment and once I did the actual test drive, the deal was done. Peter Huang in Financing was professional and efficient...in & out in less than 3 hours.

Live in southern NJ and drove specifically to this dealership to purchase my wife a Volvo. Alexander is an awesome GM, and his team works together to provide a nice customer experience. I recently purchased my first Volvo from Darcars on Rockville Pike. My experience at the dealership, and particularly with Manny, was incredible. Manny was patient, knowledgable, kind and never rushed me. He answered all of my questions - whether I was in the dealership or via text. I asked a lot of questions and he knew all of the answers. Even after I purchased the car, he is still very willing to help me with any questions and even offered to have me stop by the dealership to go through a few details in person. Manny truly goes above and beyond! He has a great personality and is a very genuine and kind person. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Manny!
