Came in originally for a service on the vehicle I owned but when the cost to fix it was practically the trade-in value I decided to look at getting something new. Merza Merza got me an incredible deal that ended up being even less than I was told the offer would be over the phone and a visit that was originally pretty daunting from service costs ended up being a major positive experience with a car I'm excited about.

Manager came out of the office and congratulated me on my purchase, he never introduced and still is himself. I’ve never experienced this before. Also, no business cards were given except for the finance manager who was very nice and professional. Sam also was nice and helpful and willing to show me features on the car.
