Title: Extremely disappointed – damaged windshield and zero transparency I am very disappointed with my experience at the Volvo dealer in Winter Park. I trusted them with what should have been a premium, high‑integrity buying experience, but instead drove off the lot with a windshield that has deep scratches across the glass. The scratches are clearly visible in normal daylight when driving and should have been obvious to anyone inspecting the car. What bothers me most is that these scratches were not disclosed at any point in the sales process. The vehicle was presented as if everything was in excellent condition, and the way the car was parked and shown made it easy to miss the damage until later while driving. It absolutely feels like the damage was hidden rather than addressed honestly. For a luxury brand dealer, this level of lack of transparency is unacceptable. I now have to deal with the cost, hassle, and safety concerns of a damaged windshield on a vehicle that should never have left the lot in this condition. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership to thoroughly inspect every inch of the vehicle and get everything in writing, because my experience has shown that you cannot rely on them to be upfront about issues. Oil change yesterday. The engine cover was not secured again resulting in a mishap on the freeway home. They credited my payment for the oil service and replaced the cover but we don’t ever want to go back. The oil change included a supposed inspection the service rep claimed when we first picked up our car. Buyer beware.

This is the 3rd Volvo I’ve purchased from the Volvo store of Winter Park. My expert sales associate is Nelson Mateo. He knows exactly what I wanted in my new Volvo and took care of every detail. Amazing experience working with Nelson, Ian and the whole team.
