Devin was exceptional.
Devin was exceptional. He answered all of my questions and kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle. My appointment was longer so he arranged a driver for me and I was able to enjoy a long lunch at a fabulous restaurant he recommended. Talk about 5 star service.

I purchased a 2024 volvo xc60 recharge from Schumaker in
I purchased a 2024 volvo xc60 recharge from Schumaker in Feb 2024. I received a notice for a recall and I also needed service on my vehicle. I called over 6 times on 6 different days to talk to the representative (Steven) who handles service re recalls and never got a call back. Finally I contacted the general manager who got him to call me. I asked why I never got a call back and he said it was fixed by a software update. I asked why I wasn't told of this and he said he was busy. So I had to waste god knows how much time and energy in trying to reach him because he was to busy to call me back. If you are interested in a dealership that is responsive to customers, I highly suggest t.hat you go elsewhere.

Myron, so sorry for the poor communication regarding your recall. Many of the recalls that are performed by the manufacturer can be done over the air. This is done to update the software in the car and eliminates the need for coming to the service drive. We apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced.
