Eddie was amazing. I came to the lot knowing exactly what I wanted and he answered all of my questions. He didn’t try to steer me towards anything else. The Finance department was amazing as well. I was presented with all of my options. I never felt pressured and all of my questions were answered. I left with the car I wanted and a comfortable monthly payment that included more protection than I expected.

Last time I had the car in there it took you 3 1/2 days to look at the car. Turns out it was a purge valve...20 minute fix. I was not happy. This time when I made the appointment, I told the person about my previous experience and I said it was my only car and it was a hardship so don't give me an appointment until you're ready to work on it so she gave me an appointment 6 days out. When I brought it in, I was told you wouldn't get to it that day but you would get to it 'tomorrow'. I was not happy. But...you got to it the next day, ordered the part and fixed it the following day. I really think appointments should be dealt with on the day the vehicle is brought in or a loaner should be given since it was warranty work. I was told none were available. Took three days to get it back instead of 4 like last time so I suppose you're getting better.
