Not welcoming. The rest of the people where great On arrival l expected to be listened to so that what ever I may have found going on in the car could be addressed

Showed up with a blinking security light on the dash
Showed up with a blinking security light on the dash under the mirror. They took my car and found the sensor shorted out and quickly replace it. I did not make an appointment. Great service as usual
