Was sold an xc90 recharge with faulty plugs, returned a few days later for correct plug, was sent home again with faulty ones. On my third trip back I was finally given the correct plug but their service advisors couldn’t have been less helpful everyone was on multi hour lunch breaks and those left to staff simply didn’t feel like it. Had to get sales involved. In the parking lot other customers were commiserating about how bad Riley Stamford is. Go to Westport instead.

Kathy, there are several points of clarification we would like to make. The first two charging cables provided to you were brand-new, sealed, and fully functional. In an effort to ensure continued usability, our staff supplied a third cable as a replacement. It is also important to note that the way our employees were spoken to during your visit was unacceptable. The worst customer service I've ever received in my life. They refused to service my car after I posted a review detailing my multiple negative experiences. Beware and avoid at all costs. The GM Jameson Riley is especially awful.
