beware - they have low advertised prices but they have a TON of add ons - like the $1500 ceramic coating - which isnt even the best coating you can get. no option not to get it. also Alex is useless. terrible customer service.

Terrible, rude dealer - AVOID
The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They have been rude and condescending all throughout this hellish experience. I went to test drive a car last month, and one of the sales managers admonished me for driving an hour and a half to test drive a car but not purchase. I told him I needed to think about it and talk with my wife before making such a large purchase. The sales manager response: “So you’d drive an hour and a half to test drive a car but aren’t ready to purchase? That doesn’t make any sense to me.” I thought about buying a car, and decided to move forward with a purchase. I was still waiting to hear from them regarding my trade in that they appraised when I test drove weeks ago, only after submitting the credit application did they give me my trade in value, which was extremely low to the point where it stopped the transaction for me. One last attempt to purchase a car from them, and they refused to let me test drive the car before purchase, as I had test driven the same model (but DIFFERENT car) weeks earlier. So in the end, dropping tens of thousands of dollars on a car you aren’t allowed to test drive was the last straw. I will never shop at this dealer ever again.

DO NOT go to this dealership.I had a terrible experience when trying to buy a CPO Volvo XC60. I made an apt with Dani Donato via email. Alane Comerford showed me the vehicle-I never met Dani.I decided to purchase the car that same day-Thursday. Dominic Paternostro, in Finance, was horrible to work with.I put the maximum deposit down, signed a contract and planned to go back on Monday to finalize the deal. On Saturday evening at 5PM (two days after I signed the contract), I received a text from Dominic telling me that they were not honoring our contract and that they would be refunding my deposit. His pre-text for this breach was that I had not finalized my financing with them.Almost immediately the car was back on their website for $2,000.00 more than our agreed upon purchase price.He refused to answer my calls and texted saying he was shutting his phone off.The contract didn't state I had to finalize the financing within 5 days.Dominic and his staff lack integrity and are sketchy.
