This is the second Volvo we have purchased from Volvo
This is the second Volvo we have purchased from Volvo Marin and both times we worked with Tex Harrison. We sought him out for our second purchase as we had such a great experience the first time. Tex is so helpful with all our questions and concerns. He went through the whole vehicle with us before we left to make sure we were up to speed on any new updates. Whenever I have a lingering question he is super responsive and always gets back to us asap. I look forward to working with Tex in the future. The whole team at Volvo Marin is amazing. It's always a breeze to bring our car in for service check-ins. I only serviced my XC 90 with Volvo Marin and will continue to do so with our new XC 60. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience with Volvo Cars
I had a very disappointing experience with Volvo Cars Marin, specifically with their sales advisor Thayer De Alba. I was seriously interested in a pre-owned XC90. After confirming details and arranging a test drive, I even persuaded my wife to make the long trip from the South Bay, and we booked a weekend stay in San Rafael. Then, at the last minute on Friday afternoon, I was suddenly told the car had been sold. No apology, no effort to make things right, and my follow-up email was ignored. The whole process felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, using a good deal as a lure to get people into the dealership, only to claim it’s “already sold.” That is NOT HONEST BUSINESS. This wasted my time, money, and trust. A dealership representing Volvo should hold itself to higher standards of professionalism and integrity. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
