My recent service experience at this Volvo dealership was exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer care, reflecting the high standards set forth by who I believe was the service manager. The staff were consistently helpful, kind, and patient, taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The overall process was efficient and well organized.

2 Things bugged about this experience - was told the
2 Things bugged about this experience - was told the service would take 4 hours - took over 6 with no communication - I had to call & text - but the worst was no Lyft Service to my office 9.4 miles away - strict 8 mile limit - when our Lexus gets serviced for more than 4 hours we get a loaner car - so it was beyond disappointing they did not make the Lyft exception for 1.4 miles - that is NOT luxury service
