The 2022 Volkswagen Jetta is a compact sedan that competes with the Nissan Sentra, the Honda Civic, and the Toyota Corolla.
Four trims are available: S, Sport, SE, and SEL.
It is powered by standard 147-hp, turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a standard six-speed manual transmission or an optional eight-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy for the Jetta with either transmission is an EPA-estimated 30/40 mpg city/highway rating.
