Buyer beware and probably better to find a vehicle
Buyer beware and probably better to find a vehicle somewhere else. They showed a value for my car in THEIR online system and then when we went in they tried to offer me $5K less not because of additional damage on my car but, because their used car manager just didn't agree with THEIR value. It would be a bait and switch if they didn't have a bit of verbiage on their site that says it isn't a commitment to buy at that value. It still left me with wasting my time to drive up there and wait for them to try to screw me. Of course they wouldn't come off the value of their car at all even though there was no way to actually guess the value because it was heavily modified. There are plenty of dealers in the Portland Metro area and I would recommend you steer clear of this one. It just isn't worth trying to do business with a dealer that isn't just looking for a reasonable profit they have to destroy the buyer on every deal. I see other reviews on yelp with a similar experience.

Great customer service.
Great customer service. Collin was very helpful, friendly and not pushy at all. Definitely not the stereotypical car salesmen vibe. I purchased a 2022 Tiguan which is actually my second VW purchased from this dealership. Mike was also wonderful in the financing department. I was able to apply online which helped speed up the process. I was in and out within a couple hours. They also helped me move my trunk full of random mom stuff into my new car.
