Sent our daughter to get a routine oil change and she was
Sent our daughter to get a routine oil change and she was taken advantage off. What should have been a simple appointment turned into a $2000 bill. Our daughter who is 16, was asked to sign binding documents in a deceitful way, Kayla Strait who she worked with was promising things were going to be free of charge, pressuring her that things were necessary. When she asked Kayla to confirm with my husband before proceeding, she didn't do it. Though she did take the time to ask my husband if we wanted to approve a $19 dollar new battery for a key fob, but what about the other $1980? Too scared to ask because you know you were being dishonest and sleazy. Sad that this is a business model, scam your customers.
