If I could give a ZERO star rating I would! Absolutely disappointed with my recent service experience at VW of Olympia. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my vehicle in on December 27, 2024, for a timing belt replacement—quoted at $2,581.61 plus tax. I was also told a brake lamp switch fault would be covered under warranty. On December 31st, I was told my car was ready, paid the final bill of $2,867.53, and picked it up. Minutes after driving away, I pulled over to check under the hood—just being cautious after such a major service. What did I find? A torque bolt sitting loose on the cowling below the windshield. I drove straight back to the dealership to report it. Instead of taking the issue seriously, I was met with a string of dismissive, unprofessional responses: • “That bolt isn’t from your car.” • “Did you put it there?” • “Maybe a tech working on another car left it there.” No accountability. No apology. No inspection. Just deflection and excuses. This wasn’t just about a bolt—it was about trust, workmanship, and the complete lack of responsibility shown by your staff. I paid nearly $3,000 and walked away with serious doubts about the quality and care that went into the job. I won’t be returning—and I think others should know what kind of experience they might be in for when it comes to service and support at VW of Olympia. I have purchased 3 cars from here in the last 3 years. My most recent experience has led me to not purchase another from this dealership. The "advertised" Drive Happy price is not at all what I was sold the car for. When I inquired as to why I was informed I was ineligible for that pricing. Even though it was advertised online and on several websites at that price. The salesman also included an extended warranty in the price of a car with 11 miles on it without asking me if I wanted one. He was very arrogant and aggressive. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership because of this experience. Very deceptive advertising and practice from this salesman

Recently bought a vehicle from Volkswagen of Olympia. Jeff in the finance department is amazing and he took care of our needs and everything we wanted in a vehicle. He even went above and beyond and had our rims powder coated for us at no charge because we wanted black rims. I definitely will be returning to Volkswagen of Olympia for my next vehicle purchase.
