Excellent service and great customer attention. I had a very good experience bringing my car here. The staff was professional, kind, and very attentive. I really liked that they sent me a video explaining the details and condition of my car, which made everything very clear and transparent. I highly recommend this dealership.

Sales person was fine.
Sales person was fine. Do not fall for the $250.00 upsell for 3 additional oil changes! I asked the finance person what was involved in getting the oil changed at the dealership. He assured me that they could finish the oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection in an hour, if I made an appointment. I called to make the appointment and was told there are no waiting appointments available in Auburn. She said I can wait there, but they need the car for 4 hours. I'm only writing the review because they will not stop calling me to come in for service.
