The service department give poor customer service.
The service department give poor customer service. They always come back with some reason for more work such as break pads that truly didn’t need to be replaced. I took it somewhere else because the price to change two break pads on a small 4 cylinder car was over $430. That didn’t include rotors. Onsite they’re unorganized and wait times are horrendous. Plus who charges over $140 for an oil change on a small engine.

Horrible - They claim to be military friendly.
Horrible - They claim to be military friendly... from across the showroom floor and in an office I heard, "I don't give a xxxx he's a disabled Veteran" - not once, but twice. Don't give these people people your money, if you claim to support the military or Veterans.

I went in to look at a Buick.
I went in to look at a Buick. I was supppse to meet with a salesman named Kevin but was told he was with someone. I was running late so no big deal. I then spoke witha gentleman named Jerry. He was very helpful and very easy to work with. Fast forward to going back and sitting down with William as I was ready to purchase the car. He was very dismissive and distracted. He excused himself, left the room and took a phone call at the front desk to which he proceeded to provide information to someone about a vehicle. Now I am still sitting in the office for about 10 minutes. I felt that my business was not wanted, my time was not valued, and I felt very dismissed and devalued. Is this how we treat female buyers? Very very disappointed!
