Joseph Jones went above and beyond to make sure I found
Joseph Jones went above and beyond to make sure I found my perfect vehicle. I was trading my 2019 Tiguan that I bought new from Loyalty. Mr. Jones showed me a 2025 Tiguan that was very nice, but the cockpit was very different from my 2019. Then he showed me the Taos that was a mirror image of my Tiguan. When he brought up the Taos for my test drive, he said this is the one. And boy oh boy he was right. Mr. Jones worked equally hard to get me a great deal on my Taos. I've never hugged a salesman after a car purchase, but I gave one to Mr. Jones.
