BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The BBC is now involved. Next Legal. I purchased my vehicle at Orr Volkwagon Texarkana 08/23/2021. The car had 6k miles on it with bald tires and in need of a oil change 3 days afyer i purchased the oil light came on. Both noticed days later on my move to Indiana when i almost lost my life on the highway due to rain due to bald tires.The dealership fully aware of this. After reaching out to the salesman Adam P. who once i stated that my oil light came on days after buying the car and bald tires stop taking my calls. Owner Cody reached out staed he would refund me cost of tres and oil change 08/28/21  texted him receipt 08/31/21  i have text confirmation he would repay as of 09/20/2021 the owner Cody is not respondibg and blowing me off. My 2020 vehicle with less than 8k miles has major drivetrain issues wich is why i purchased the car and traded in my paid off camaro with low miles. I want my money back for my tires as promised and no longer want to deal with this horrible dealership. Read the reviews.

The first thing I noticed is that no worker had a mask on. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and I felt very unsafe. We waited for several minutes, while workers walked past us, before we were helped. The workers were very nice and helping after the fact, but the lack of masks throughout the whole facility really through me off.
