Do not waste your time or money with this outfit! Told the service rep I already had expert verification my 2016 GTI needed a new sunroof assembly. Ancira insisted they do their own diagnostic work, which is reasonable, but ran up additional charges without fixing a thing. Was then informed they can't make the repair I had already explained to them was needed! Their own body shop could do the job but they don't honor any diagnostic work done by the service center. If you bring your car here for service, you will be bombarded with low-class offers from the sales department. Just don't expect them to fix a problem for a reasonable price or, like I found out, at all!

They created a hostile work environment and fired my fiancé with false information. We do have that man on recording admitting to this btw. Don’t apply to work here. ESP if Jason is still present at this workplace. You will not find happiness here nor will you thrive and move up.

I wanted to let Ancira VW know that my service assistant Andrea was incredible and profeesional which made my time at Ancira that much better .I will tell all my friends how great the servie is their ! Thank you again Duane Rohde .
