While I love the Jetta sel I purchased , the process was not bad.. yet waiting over 6 weeks for the tag and calling consistently to get that accomplished.. I have yet to receive my spare key fob for my vehicle .. now my salesman wants me to file for a lost key which I never received??? Poor service on extra key fob I have yet to receive and tag information … I’m ready to purchase a Taos but definitely not from here

I came in with a pre-approval from Capital One. I told Edwin what I wanted and my budget. He found something even better and worked it out for me to have a discount. They also worked it out for me to have Gap insurance and a bumper to bumper warranty in my monthly budget. There was no haggling and super easy. I was in and out and super happy with my experience!
