Ancira Volkswagen of Laredo

gawd awful, despicable management. if there was a zero out of five stars, this parts department deserves it. shipped a $100 part via UPS without any additional packing. the part broke in transit. Ancira is refusing to accept responsibility for their poor shipping practice and replace the part. for months, parts has stated that they would ship a replacement part, and they never replaced the part.

I had a bad experience with the fake salesman Joel Renteria didn't even try to help me. I'm so disappointed with their customer service, quality and overall their price. This is why many of us laredoans go out of town to purchase new cars. As for these kind of sales people who are not helpful nor kind. You all who represent Ancira volkswagen really disgusting. Close your doors!!!

I left my 2016 VW Tiguan at the service dept. in Laredo, since last Tuesday. A day later they called me and told me my vehicle needed spark plugs; but that it wasn't covered with the warranty. Johnny Tijerina quoted me $179.00. On Thursday Johnny calls me and tells me it needs 2 injectors; but that they only had one and had to order the other one. Why couldn't he tell me on Tuesday about the injectors? I'm so disappointed! I've been calling the Service Manager, Sergio and he doesn't return my calls. I asked for the General Mgr and they tell me he's not in.
