Jin, was absolutely wonderful.
Jin, was absolutely wonderful. My airbag light was on after having my radio replaced. He recommended I come to the service department and have them diagnose the problem. I let him know that I was concerned about not having my car available for work. He said no problem, I will make sure that you have your car or transportation to work. I dropped my car off Thursday evening. He texted me at 6:50 AM the following morning to tell me my vehicle was ready. I was thankful to him beyond measure. He is always so kind and efficient. Jin is the reason I continue to return to Archer Volkswagen for service repair.

All the feel good vibes that I initially got when I purchased my VW from Archer, carry on to the Service Dept. My Service Rep, Jin is terrific. He is clear in communicating the entire process. I feel very confident in bringing my vehicle for service. The location is easily accessible and the completion time of the work was great.
