Yes, they do My car needs work and they told me to find another place besides Clay Cooley Volkswagen. They don't want to do the work on my car. Because I was upset and mad about some other issues that are under warranty. They billed me for towing when my car has free towing under the warranty. I can't get reimbursed for that. The car has a Brake brain module that's needs to be fixed and the sensors keep coming on. I had to get my car towed to another place to get the wheels to turn and they just. Don't want to correct a problem the happened when they put the park brake on. The brake calibration was to tight three of the wheels wouldn't turn after the fixed the park brake I feel like they should reimburse me for the brake job the brake calibers getting fixed. All the other places did was loose the brake calibers that were tight. And my. Car has been driving okay the light comes on off and on. I still need the brain module fixed. The sunroof is stuck it won't open. They don't want to fix nothing or deal with me as a customer. I don't care I will find another shop that knows what they can do since my car is still under warranty . The Bluetooth doesn't work sometimes. T Clay Cooley sold me a car the day after someone traded it in. All they did was change the oil and wash the car. Don't find out way the person traded it in. Yes so now I have to get other things done on the car abd and get it fixed. Thank you Clay Cooley for selling me a car that had issues when I bought it.
