Dealing with this dealership has been a nightmare

First issue - they're incredibly disorganized. I scheduled a test drive for a Saturday and had two separate salesmen call me about the test drive Friday and even the day of (both saying they didn't realize the other had called me). Then after purchasing my vehicle, it took multiple calls to Greg to get any information about the financing/paperwork and was only sent finance papers about 1 hour before I had scheduled a time to take home the car the following Tuesday (and was also told there was no way I could purchase the car on the same day I test drove it even though I did want to buy the car so I had to drive an hour back to the dealership a few days later). Next issue - Got a flat tire about two weeks later and went to use the 24-hour roadside assistance included in the CPO warranty and VW says they had no record of a warranty being started from the dealership. Called the dealership and Matt sent me back to VW to ask them what else I can do since the warranty information hadn't gotten to them yet, which obviously should have been their job to do, but still I did what I was asked. VW again told me they had no record of the warranty and to call back the dealership. Called Matt back who told me he would "move it up the ladder" and would call me back right away. 5 hours later I got a call from Jeff stating that there was an error on their end and the warranty information was never sent -- should be there in a few days. Leaving me to pay out of pocket for the flat tire change and without a usable vehicle for those "few days". He say they could reimburse the cost for the AAA service -- but at this point I'm content just walking away and never dealing with anyone at North Penn VW ever again. Third issue - while fixing the flat tire, my mechanic now says that all the tires needed to be replaced ASAP. While being sold the vehicle by Greg, the tires were actually a concern of mine and I asked him how long before I would need to replace the tires because I was not interested in buying a used car if I would have to replace the tires right away. He assured me I would get about 2 years or 15-20,000 miles on the tires as they currently were and not to worry about it I would definitely not have to replace them right away. Essentially this was a bold-faced lie and Greg was just trying to coax me into buying this car since, according to my mechanic I would have gotten maybe a few months (5,000-7,000 miles at the most) before I wore them down to nothing.

Worst customer experience!

Just had an oil change performed on my car today. Dropped my audi off at NP VW and showed my service rep the coupon I found on their website. She told me all looked good and I would be charged about 100 (79 oil change and 19 for a tire plug), I agreed and signed the document. The real trouble is when I went to pick my car up and was told that they cannot honor the coupon now and need to charged me $130 . They did not tell me up front and did not call me after they discovered this... also she claims that the issue was that vehicles needed to be a VW? Except the coupon does not say that but my car is technically the same as other VW 2.0T motors as Audi’s are pretty much Volkswagens. Once I pointed that detail out the service rep then said oh what I meant was that your car takes 6 quarts! Never have I heard that before as I have owned many VWs and Audi’s... then shouldn’t this have been the case for my 2016 2.0T GTI that has also been serviced at NP VW before and never had this problem?!... Overall experience is a 2/10 and I will never come back to north penn VW even though I have been going there for years to have a number of my cars serviced there!

Pleasant experience!

I just bought a Tiguan from here, and my experience couldn't have been any better. Bill was great, and did not pressure us in any way throughout the whole process, which was nice. He was very helpful and Jason was also great when it came to the finance part of it. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
