I'm an older woman on the quest for a good used car after mine died. Lots of work to do the search and a bit of woe at the pressure of getting a good car as quickly as possible and at dealing with dealerships! I saw a Honda HRV advertised that was the car for me What frosting on the cake walking in this dealership. My salesperson Jacob was awesome! He put me at ease and was super in answering my many questions. No pressure at all and a real understanding of woman my age and this purchase was to be my last car. I snapped up a great deal and really enjoyed my time including with James in Finance who was also wonderful. Engaging, patient and knowledgeable. This dealership was the best customer service experience I have had in my life! I really needed and totally enjoyed the customer care I received..thank you!!
