I brought both my 2022 and 2023 VW ID.
I brought both my 2022 and 2023 VW ID.4 here and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism. We drove about 50 minutes because they are certified to work on high-voltage systems, while the VW dealer near us would not service HV batteries. After the experience we had, I will gladly continue driving here for regular maintenance. They truly deserve six stars. Highly recommended. We’ve always had just okay service at nearby dealers, but this team was beyond impressive.
