Leith Volkswagen of Cary

had my atlas serviced by Leith. The next day I received a coupon in the mail for about 50% less than I paid for the same service. I went back to the dealer and spoke with the service manager. He told me I had to call Volkswagen. (made no sense to me). I called Volkswagen, and a week later, they responded with (get ready for this), I had to contact Leith. The classic circle jerk. I went back to Leith and explained to the same service manager what had happened. He shrugged his shoulders as if he couldn't care less. I asked him if he was prepared to lose a customer over this amount of money. Second shrug. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

I must say, the car buying experience with VW of Cary, exceeded my expectation of quality service. At no point I felt pressured into buying a vehicle. Darrius Purnell, Salesman Extraordinaire, really did a remarkable job of just being a “regular everyday person” free from suits and rigid customer service. Sales Manager Brandon was Fantastic with paperwork and locking me into a better rate for financing than my bank lender!!! I’m a VW Customer for Life!! Thank You VW of Cary, Darrius, Brandon, and the whole team in Cary!
