Test drove a different model than what was bought, but
Test drove a different model than what was bought, but wasn't told it was a different model. We couldn't test drive the model we wanted because it didn't have gas in it. When we left the salesman told us we had to come back to put car app on the phone. 2 weeks later still not working. Gene Damico the general manager was the worst person I have ever dealt with. He said we have to deal with Volkswagen and not him. I highly suggest going to a different VW re Subaru dealership.

I spoke with sales amd during conversation was informed that the selling price advertused was after them taking a $2K down payment. She said they advertise this way because everyone else does it. And, she was just telling me the "fine print". Avoud dealers that play these games. Youd trust them to inspect a used car carefully and honestly after price bait and switch?

As a woman it's infuriating trying to buy a car, but the team here made it so smooth and worked with me after listening to me rant about another dealership trying to take advantage.
