The warranty pusher was rude and obnoxious.
The warranty pusher was rude and obnoxious. He tried to man-splain me about my decision to go elsewhere for my warranty coverage. He called me "spoiled" because they were delivering my car to me and tried again to sell me coverage and tell me I was making a big mistake not doing so. I know what I am doing and didnt appreciate this guy talking down to me. NOT a great experience.

I bought a used car with paint damage in 2025 and was promised a buff job to clean if off as well as a free oil change. Well, after a minimum of 5 calls into both the service and sales department as well as service and sales managers. I have been told they do not do those services there and a myriad of other excuses. The service department sends me to sale s and sales send me to service. I have received no call back from the service or sales managers. My specific salesperson, Mike, has stopped responding to any text or other communication at all. So far, I am happy with the car but do not appreciate being deceived and ignored. Buy beware of false promises, especially from Mike in sales.

Ethics and service highly questionable.
Ethics and service highly questionable. Recently bought a used vehicle which displayed a check engine light only one week after purchase. Turned out to be $5K repair on a 12K vehicle. GM replied, sorry, no warranty and lemon law does not apply. Diagnostic history proves issue was present prior to the sale. Acquired this info. on my own in just a couple of hours. Doesn't say much for Cooley Service "Inspection Process". Legal? Maybe. Ethical? No. Makes sense now why the sales rep suggested to forgo any additional warranty. Buyer beware. I suggest going elsewhere.
