Rochester Volkswagen

I purchased a used vehicle in October 2025 from Rochester Volkswagen in Rochester, NH. I drove over 3 hours to purchase this vehicle. Within 48 hours of owning the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I reached out to Rochester Volkswagen. Rochester Volkswagen told me to go to my local dealership to have the vehicle checked out since I bought the extended warranty. The extended warranty did not cover the parts that need to be replaced. The vehicle came with a 3 month warranty from Rochester Volkswagen, so I asked them to repair the vehicle. At the Rochester Volkswagen request, I sent them the invoice/quote for the repairs that were required. The Rochester Volkswagen stopped responding to me once they received the invoice/quote for the repairs. By far the very best car buying experience I have ever had. Dave Poulin is absolutely fantastic and really great to work with. Buying a car is always a stressful event is what I used to say.
