I went to buy a car.
I went to buy a car. The sales staff were very good and helpful, but the finance department was a complete disaster. The documents they presented to me for signing were not the same as the ones they had given me earlier. They gave me incorrect information and made me make a wrong purchase, so I returned the car today. The finance department is really a complete fiasco, and there is a woman in the finance department who wears glasses and does everything she can to prevent you from buying a car. and despite her pressure, I still bought the vehicle. However, after receiving feedback from the finance department, I returned the vehicle.

This dealership service department operates under a cloud of bad faith and professional misconduct. They are more concerned with their internal commission structure than with vehicle safety. If you value your life, your vehicle, and your money, you must avoid Service Advisors Kimber and Raymond, and Master Technician William. Take your business to any other certified repair shop. They cannot be trusted.
