I have always had a great experience with Baxter in general but my experience purchasing from Baxter VW has been great. This time I purchased a used Tesla Model Y, trading in my VW ID.4 ev. Caleb was knowledgeable and experienced with both vehicles; understanding the nuances to owning an ev and the benefits of making the switch to a Tesla. I greatly appreciate how easy and efficient the process was and am thankful I was able to continue working with Baxter on this next vehicle.
