I've had a couple of minor issues with my new Tiguan and Bob Morfeld has been great to work with. Since the car is just a couple of weeks out from being at the factory, he has made it a priority to ensure everything is functioning correctly, as a brand-new car should. He takes the time to explain in detail what is going on and genuinely cares about making things right for me, and the car. Really impressed with his service and happy to have him leading my "pit crew" ;)

Totally impressed with my experience here! Not my first car from Dean Team, they are always great to work with, but this was my first time working with Dave Schultz. Dave should be the salesman of the century, well, at the very least the decade, for making the process as easy and painless as possible. In my experience, negotiating the purchase of a new car is never fun, but Dave knew I had done my research, he listened carefully to what I wanted and needed, including the all-important selling price, and we came to a fair deal in record time. He found the vehicle from a production run still at the factory and kept me in the loop with frequent updates from final build through delivery. I picked up the car a few days ago, the purchase process at the dealership from start to finish took less time than your standard trip to Target - impressive! Overall, Dave made it less about the sale and more about ensuring I achieved my goals, resulting in the exact vehicle I was shopping for without the typical hassle. He's a true unicorn in the car business; he's definitely earned my trust and my future purchases.

Have purchased a lot of different cars at different dealers and the three I delt with there were great. Best experence ever. Derek , Adam, and Grant treated us like royalty. Purchased a 2025 Teguan for my grand daughter 11/14/25 and went back 11/15/25 and bought one for my wife. No presure sales and two the point , no haggle sales. I have probably purchased over 50 vehicles in my 78 year history and this is like sales should be. First time volkwagen purchases.
