Extremely frustrating experience.
Extremely frustrating experience. My vehicle has been at the dealership for over a week with no clear ETA. After several days with no updates, I had to call multiple times only to receive inconsistent information about readiness and newly discovered issues. Promised callbacks did not happen. Despite the car being undrivable and in their possession, I was denied a goodwill loaner and could not reach finance when attempting to discuss options, my call went straight to voicemail. I escalated the issue to VW corporate simply to get basic communication and temporary transportation while waiting on parts.

Jade she was ok to begin with but as soon as the sale was completed became very hateful. There was a warranty issue as the car is older. We found out after the purchase there was no extended warranty coverage available. We discussed this a few days later and was told "you should have gotten the extended warranty." Very shady overall. Will not ever come back as customer!

Car was purchased remotely and after all was said and done I received the car with no air conditioning. Had to go straight to the local shop.
