My outstanding salesman was Alex Rios. It was outstanding to visit the Dealership BUT even more impressive was the salesman who greeted me, Alex. I highly recommend the Dealership and the VW Tigua. Alex negotiated my term to the sales manager and the deal was made.. I can’t say enough about the Tigua, it’s great. On the other hand, Alex went above and beyond the service which I received. Even after several days pasted, ALEX was there to help me out with the technology and programming of my new vehicle. My salesman Luke, was misleading if not outright dishonest about a few things. I texted Luke on 12/20 at 11am saying I would buy now if he could split the $500 discount I had asked for the day before. He texted back the following: “ Good morning Dan, there is someone currently here driving the Cross Sport. She was in yesterday and drove it as well. I will keep you updated on if she ends up moving forward on the Cross Sport. But we are all the way at the price point Branden talked over yesterday at the $39,995. Thanks Luke” I was on my way and when I got there he changed it to the lady only drove the car the day before. He should have been honest and not said said someone was driving at that moment. While signing for this pre-owned car, Luke said he needed to find how many oil change services would be available for me. He said it would be “one or two”, depending on if the service they’re doing for my purchase was counted (my wife heard it as well). It makes sense that it counts, but now he is telling me there are no more remaining when it should be one. . Integrity is important and this showed lack of that. I was enjoying my experience with Luke until these instances Now, I cannot be sure of anything that he has said about the pre-owned car I purchased.
