Super disappointing experience!

Drove 45 minutes each way to find out that the car listed on cars.com as a manual transmission was in fact an automatic transmission. Basically got an oopsie daisy, sorry response from the dealer. Was planning on leasing my next vehicle from Crown. Will think and check twice before visiting again.
Accommodating sales staff, positive experience

The sales staff was professional and accommodating. I was able to test drive several vehicles before landing on one, concerns I had were addressed before buying. When it came down to buying the car the salesmen was willing to negotiate down to a fair price and wasn’t rude or demeaning. I was very pleased because while negotiating they were able print out a list of similar cars sold within 300 miles with trims, miles, and sale price- similar to cars.com’s line chart. This transparency was really great because as a buyer it helped me see what a fair price was. I recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience. Also the let my dog sit in the office while we finished paperwork.
