Like a lot of folks, I enjoy car shopping but dread the "buying" part. Working with Derrick and Mike though was surprisingly a delight. I never got the impression that they were trying to pull one over, upcharge, or hide the true costs behind a mountain of paperwork. They were transparent and made the process quick and easy. And, equally important - they were warm and welcoming - almost as though they were acting in support of my interests rather than adversaries competing for profit. Great work!
