I am very unhappy!
I am very unhappy! I had a remote starter installed in my 2022 Jetta. First, receiving a $1300 quote. I dropped the vehicle off Wednesday night for a Thursday December 4, 2025 install. I received one update late on Thursday and no further updates until the following Tuesday via text message. During this time, I made multiple calls to the Service Center, with no answer, acknowledgement or call back. I even had to drive upto the Service Center on Saturday, only to be told that there was no information and I would likey have the vehicle by Monday. I received a text message Monday informing me of contued issues. I recieved a final text message on Wednesday informing me that my vehicle was complete. My vehicle was held up for 7 days for what should have been a routine installation. Plus no updates. That is totally unacceptable!

I refrained from posting this even though my experience
I refrained from posting this even though my experience was awful but I can't get removed from their email list so here it goes: I inquired about purchasing a vehicle in July 2023. I live in Kansas so I was not able to inspect he vehicle personally. After several calls and emails back and forth, we agreed on a price in mid-August. The paperwork was sent over and they added in all the "dealer doc fees" and "cleaning fee" and all that junk, naturally. We got that worked out and I got everything over to my bank. They overnighted the title to me to sign so they could complete the sale. I overnighted it back (they included a return overnight envelope) and we were good to go. They told me they never received it. Tracking showed it was delivered but they couldn't find it. After a couple days they decided to expedite a NEW title, which could take up to 4 weeks. They were able to make some phone calls and get it done within about a week. They overnighted me the new title, and in the meantime, found the old title laying on a desk in the office. It's now September and I have my first loan payment due. To their credit, they issued me a check for the loan payment since it was their fault I didn't have the vehicle yet. They arranged shipping within about a week and I received the car on September 10th, 2023. I inspected the vehicle and noticed considerable mouse damage under the hood. The battery cover as well as a large portion of the heat shield had been chewed up and there was a nest next to the battery. Again, to their credit, they reimbursed me to replace those parts. Mid-October comes and I still do not have the paperwork to take to get it registered. They sent me a second temporary tag until they could get the paperwork done. It was early December before everything was final and I had a plate on my car. An absolutely inefficient experience. Fast forward to September 2025 and I am still on their email list. I have clicked 'Unsubscribe', I have replied to the emails, everything I can do and they won't quit emailing me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I started getting MORE emails. I filed a complaint with the FTC as fines can be anywhere from $500-$1,500 PER EMAIL if they knowingly continue to send emails once a customer has tried to unsubscribe. It's clear they know what they're doing. I have purchased several vehicles and this is the worst experience I've ever had, which is saying something. DO NOT visit this dealership. You will absolutely regret it and you will forever get their emails. I even blocked them at one point and the emails started coming from a different address. Buyer BEWARE!

I brought my car to perform the 30k miles service.
I brought my car to perform the 30k miles service. Got an update for the inspection done ,but never had a reply on the service was done. No feedback at all from the representative. I called with no pick up, left a voicemail nothing. I had to go to see what’s was going on.
