Colonial VW of Medford We were on the market for a new car for the family to replace our current ride a 2010 Nissan Altima. We first consider to go with another sedan, then made the decision to go with an SUV mainly for the Winter seasons and where we live. Over the past few weeks, we visited several VW dealers nearby, to name a few, Gervais in Lowell, Minuteman in Bedford, Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers and Colonial Volkswagen in Medford. We've looked at an SUV at Kelly Volkswagen which was not exactly the MSRP we were looking for but close to it. During our first trip to Colonial, we worked with Justin Pizzi who make sure in the end that we get the exact car we were looking for. With Justin determination to get us a car, we were able to work out with the exact car we were looking for and a good deal as well. What set Colonial Volkswagen of Medford apart is the level of professionalism, honesty and the great customer service they provide there! Kudos to the great team!

In the last 26 years I have purchased 12 cars, five of which have either been Audi or VW vehicles. I have never had a more pleasant, unrushed, or satisfying experience than I did when I recently purchased two 2019 VWs from Paul Lazzaro at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford, MA. Paul was professional, honest, respectful and his team was as well. I look forward to working with him again in the coming years.

We just purchased a TDI wagon at Colonial VW of Medford and couldn't be happier. Our sales professional Steven Suarez could not have been more helpful in giving us the experience we were looking for and even delivered the vehicle to us in NH on his day off. We highly recommend Steven and Stephanie (Finance Manager) to anyone looking for a VW.
