This dealership’s service is terrible.
This dealership’s service is terrible. I was told that the manager in the service department would call me to speak with me about the squeaky breaks in the Atlas SEL 2025. It has been several weeks and no one has called to address my concern about the breaks squeaking! The customer service from the managers is trash! They don’t care how the car works after you drive it away! I have video proof of the squeaky breaks and multiple ghost emergency service calls! But that does not matter to the dealership! I have brought this new vehicle to the service multiple times and all they could tell me is that the material used is very cheap. VW knows that the breaks squeak and nothing will be done! I will never purchase another VW! I will never recommend this brand to anyone! Toyota and Lexus are better options!
