Great service dept!
Great service dept! Mr Ryan Smith took excellent care of me and my 2015 Golf TDi SE for its 170k mile service! His tech performed expert service and found my battery was failing. With my okay, the tech installed a new battery. A strong battery is important for the glow plugs to start the engine in the winter. I'll be back for service again!

Sold my 2013 VW Beetle at Ourisman VW today.
Sold my 2013 VW Beetle at Ourisman VW today... AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! The sales team is extremely junior varsity and lacks leadership on the floor. My simple used car sales transaction that should've taken an afternoon ended up taking 3 weeks! I could NEVER recommend Ourisman (Cody) to potential car buyers or sellers!
