I was looking at a used Mazda 3 listed for $20700. I was greeted by a friendly salesman, Albert, who had helped me throughout this process. Out the door price without negotiation was $23600. Got them down to $22400 and would be financing. Was all going great up until this point. I was going to have them run my credit to get the rate, when they began urging me to make the $1000 holding fee which I have no problem with- as long as they would tell me my rate. They told me I couldn’t get a 36 month loan despite having 730 credit score and a co-signer that has an 845- I only have 60-72 months to finance as an option. Complete bull. Then when I said I wouldn’t be doing something for that term, they folded and said they can do 36 months, and that they “mixed up paperwork” with another customer. This is all with messages scattered in, urging me to give them $1000 to secure the deal. Why would I secure a deal in which I have no idea what interest I’ll be paying? Anyway, they still haven’t told me my rate despite running my credit and hitting my score, so they must have some crazy number they don’t wanna tell me. Whatever. Onto the next.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle with this dealership. Albert was incredibly accommodating and always timely in his responses throughout the entire process. He made sure I had all the information I needed upfront, and once I arrived at the dealership, everything was seamless and quick. The process was efficient, and I never felt pressured or rushed. Overall, a smooth and professional experience — I’d definitely recommend working with Albert if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!
