My wife and I purchased a minivan from Fitzgerald. They sold us the car at a fair price and all of the staff we interacted with were polite and professional. Rick, our sales representative was very helpful, and he made the process simple. We were offered an extended warranty but were not pressured when we declined.

I do not recommend this dealership at all.
I do not recommend this dealership at all. The are shady at best and crooks at worst. They are not honest about the history of their preowned cars. I had a terrible sales experience there and now I am stuck with a supposedly “certified preowned” 2023 vehicle with a check engine light on ( came on 2 days after purchase). I live 100 miles away, so now I’m on my own to figure out. The service records showed a previous history of the check engine light being on-to which no action was taken. It was explained that it was from a dead battery from the car sitting on the lot. They didn’t even have the decency to help me find a Chevy dealership that can assist with the problem.
