We enjoyed working with James Franklin. He was very helpful and understanding. No pressure at all. He stayed with us and helped us get into the vehicle we wanted. He also ensured that we were connected with the right personnel for our different steps along the way. I appreciate that he called after the sale to check on us and see how our transition to our new vehicle was going.

Khalil is truly Mr.
Khalil is truly Mr. Customer Service. He worked with us for months. He's very patient and knowledgeable. He will go above and beyond to understand your needs and help you find the right car. We highly recommend working with Khalil. Due to Khalil's hard work, we did buy a 2024 ID4 and love it. Unfortunately, Heritage didn't have the color we wanted and we ended up buying from a different VW dealer.
