Schukei Volkswagen

Worst of all dealerships. Owner Steve Schukei is a bombastic, con man. He attempted to get me to pay almost $400 for repairs to a VW Atlas that I had purchased there & was still under full warranty. Even after repairs were finally completed (in their shop for over 3 weeks), Steve Schukei STILL attempted to bill me. Only when threatened with legal action did he back off. Avoid Schukei Chevrolet like the plague.

We had out truck towed to get serviced. For picking the vehicle up from being"fixed" and spending a ot of a money. The drive home is 50 minutes and after 40 minutes, the same issue happened. So we had to get it taken to another garage closer to home and spent more money to fix it. We tried calling the service department but it was Friday after 5pm and holiday weekend. I sent an email and no reply yet. The plastic shroud on engine was also missing. We called service department and they said it wasn't there when we brought vehicle to be fixed. And we also told the staff about having the same issue happened with vehicle and had to get it fixed again. And that we tried to call right away but it was after hours and couldn't leave a message.. They said, oh. Like it's not their problem. Do not recommend this service place.

We purchased a 2004 Chevy Van from this dealership...Very disappointed with their service and customer service is horrible, I have never bought anything from a company that is as rude as these people are, especially Steve Schukei ...I would not recommend buying from this dealership but if you do purchase a used vehicle from this dealership to not sign an “as is” agreement and to not believe them when they say how great the car is, also, insist they give you a warranty on the motor and transmission, at least, and always insist on taking it to your own mechanic…The transmission went out on this vehicle after driving it less than 900 miles and they never apologized or respond to our calls. Besides we paid $2000 over high book for a car which they assured us was in excellent condition...Very bad company
