Below is a message we are going to post on the multiple reviews that you have posted on this website, we want you to be aware that we are posting the same message on each review. On October 31, you purchased a used vehicle from our dealership. Shortly afterward, you expressed dissatisfaction, and on November 11 our team worked with you to transition into a different used vehicle. This was handled as a vehicle exchange, not an additional purchase, and your payment terms were maintained as part of the resolution. A cashier’s check provided and was applied toward the vehicle transaction and related payoff amounts as outlined in the signed paperwork. At no point were funds lost, withheld, or misapplied. Our accounting records, executed contracts, and payoff documentation fully support the handling of the transaction. Any differences reflected in the final paperwork were the result of the vehicle exchange and payoff adjustments, not a change in agreed pricing after documents were signed. The payoff-related concern that was raised has since been addressed and completed. Our team has communicated multiple times to explain the details and provide reassurance. At this point, further discussions have not led to additional resolution. You are currently in possession of her vehicle, all financial matters have been resolved, and there is no outstanding balance owed to or from the dealership.
